Sports Studies

Orne Council, owner of the golf course, has decided to open the facilities to young people from the Orne and encourage them take up the sport, which is often seen as somewhat elitist.

Since 2003, Collège Roger Martin du Gard (Bellême's secondary school) has given 35 students the chance to discover and play golf with its Sports Studies course. These youngsters are able to put all their enthusiasm into their golf while successfully completing the academic side of their course.

Golf is also an option at three other secondary schools in the Bellême area.
